Interior design project for a 4-storey patio house in Seville.

The client likes a simple classic style, not overcharged. Respecting all the clients’ preferences and wishes, I ended up with this project that I’m about to share with you, with architectural details and imposing, light furniture. Everything to finish with a classy but at the same time relaxing and welcoming home.

The ground floor living room is a light – toned and warm space with colourful details in the artworks and paintings

This area is completely inspired in nature.

The little cellars’ wall is decorated with its own wine cellar.

The living room TV is the mirror, to go unnoticed when switched off.

At the bottom of the staircase there is a fountain with a backlit wall, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere when both, fireplace and the fountain are lit at the same time.

The fireplace works via gas.

Kitchen is almost completely open to the living room. Its furniture has a neoclassical style in lacquer, and all the technology in the appliances and materials used in the worktops.

At the back-end of the kitchen we have installed a laundry room and a minimalist bathroom.

The bathroom has rough marble walls, creating a light-shadow effect. The sink is made by the same material but with a different technique.

The tap falls from the ceiling, to avoid a toilet appearance.

BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION WORK

MAIN Living ROOM

The first store living room has a bit warmer colours, because of the natural light coming in. The weathered grey colour has been introduced.

HOME INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

The entrance hall is all in white, with a white marble plinth with relief. The metals of the gates and the lamps give colour to the space.

This small living room on the ground floor has been given a landscape panel on both walls to enlarge the space.

This small kitchen is located on the ground floor and receives a cooktop with induction hobs under the worktop.

The courtyard of the rooms receives a hand-painted mural in tiles.

HOUSE BATHROOMS AND TOILETS

The guest bathroom is all porcelain tiled in large formats. It has a ceiling shower and floor to ceiling glass partitions.

The rooftop toilet is the only black element of the house. I chose this colour because the amount of natural light allowed me to break the light coloured patrons I was following in the rest of the house.

The main dormitory bathroom is whole marble, including the wardrobe doors. The wall of the shower has marble with a painting, to decorate the space.

The ground floor toilet is like the rest of the floor, all more natural. It has received a nature wallpaper and a washbasin carved in raw stone.

ROOMS OF THE HOUSE

Guest room with wall-to-wall fabric headboard and painted wooden structure.

Kids room, with neoclassical wooden headboards.

Master bedroom has a contemporary headboard with recesses for indirect light. It has a superimposed classic headboard with wood and grey fabric.
